Description
About the RoleWe're looking for a People Partner who is passionate about shaping meaningful employee experiences and strengthening culture at a country level.
In this role, you'll help bring People strategies to life - working closely with leaders and colleagues to support talent, engagement, and change. You'll play a key role in building a connected One LSEG culture, while ensuring local practices align with global direction.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, influencing outcomes, and making a tangible difference to people and the business.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll contribute through a mix of strategic coordination, partnership, and hands-on support, including:
- Supporting the delivery of country People plans, aligned to both local priorities and global People strategies
- Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence and Business People Partners to implement People programmes that reflect local context
- Partnering with leaders to enable change, engagement, and talent development initiatives
- Providing guidance on employment practices, policies, and local regulatory requirements
- Supporting talent planning, employee engagement, and retention efforts within the country
- Helping leaders navigate change and continuous improvement in practical, people-centric ways
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with People policies, workforce legislation, and reporting requirements
- Sharing knowledge, coaching others, and contributing to a supportive People community
We know that skills can be developed - if this role excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience in HR or People partnering, with exposure to operational and strategic delivery
- Confidence working with stakeholders and leaders across different levels
- An understanding of local employment practices and regulations
- A collaborative, practical approach with a genuine interest in people and culture
- Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt
At LSEG, we believe different perspectives make us stronger. You'll be part of a team where collaboration, trust, and inclusion matter, and where your contribution helps shape how people experience work.
We offer:
- A supportive, inclusive environment where everyone belongs
- Opportunities to grow your skills and career

- A culture that values wellbeing, respect, and shared success
