The successful candidate will be joining a service of three other internists and will be expected to participate in clinical service, veterinary and graduate student instruction, and collaborative research in support of the academic missions of the College, Department and Veterinary Health Center.Directedclinicalserviceactivitiesincludemanagementofreferralinternalmedicinecases, emergencies, and consults within the VHC, as well as mentoring of house officers and students in patient evaluation and management.Teaching responsibilities include instruction of veterinary students, interns, and residents in both clinical rounds and lecture environments.
Thestartingdateforthepositionisnegotiable.Salarywillbecommensuratewiththeapplicant’s experience and qualifications.
